lululemon's ambassador programme is the archetype of community-led brand building: each store partners with local yoga teachers, run-club leaders, and trainers who receive product, host classes, and are featured in-store and online, while a global roster of elite athletes anchors major campaigns. The model — grassroots instructors plus elite athletes, activated through free community events — is studied across the fitness and retail industries and sustains a large ecosystem of fitness photographers, wellness creators, and event videographers.
