About Me

Grammy Award-winning Nigerian singer, songwriter, and producer redefining Afrosoul for a global audience. Born Temilade Openiyi in Lagos, Tems emerged with the haunting 2020 duet Essence with Wizkid, one of the biggest Afrobeats crossover moments ever. Her debut album Born in the Wild debuted at #1 on Billboard's World Albums chart. She won the Grammy for Best Melodic Rap Performance and contributed to the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack.
