Tanishq is India's largest branded jewellery retailer and one of the Tata Group's most successful consumer brands, launched by Titan in 1996. Tanishq introduced hallmarked, karat-meter-tested purity into an industry historically opaque about gold quality, and pioneered the shift from local jewellers to organised jewellery retail. Today its 450+ stores span every major Indian city and 20+ international markets, with a portfolio spanning wedding jewellery (Rivaah), diamond (Mia by Tanishq, Zoya), everyday gold, and platinum.
