About Me
Aditya Dhar (born 12 March 1983, New Delhi) is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer. He is married to actress Yami Gautam (June 2021). He made his directorial debut with URI: The Surgical Strike (2019), which became one of the highest-grossing Hindi films in history and won him the Filmfare Award for Best Director. With Dhurandhar (2025) and Dhurandhar: The Revenge (2026), both starring Ranveer Singh, he has built India's most ambitious back-to-back action-thriller franchise. His collaborations with composer Shashwat Sachdev form one of the defining creative partnerships of contemporary Hindi cinema.
