About
A multi-format internal and external brand campaign for Infosys Lex, the company's AI-powered employee learning and development platform used by 340,000 employees globally. The campaign positioned Lex as the world's most personalised enterprise learning experience, producing 32 employee stories filmed across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. The campaign used real Infosys employees — not actors — to demonstrate how Lex adapted to their unique learning journeys, from a fresh graduate in Coimbatore learning cloud architecture to a senior architect in Bengaluru upskilling in generative AI. Short-form LinkedIn videos from the campaign generated a combined 18 million impressions, and enrolment on Lex increased 34% in the three months following campaign launch.
