Kalki 2898 AD (2024), directed by Nag Ashwin, is a sci-fi mythological epic set in a dystopian future — the first Indian film to blend Hindu mythology with science fiction at this scale. Prabhas plays Bhairava, a bounty hunter. Starring also Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan, the film earned ₹1,000+ crore worldwide.
