Sephora India's brand expansion campaign for 2024, coinciding with the opening of 12 new stores across India's top 5 metropolitan cities. The campaign, "Beauty is Yours", celebrated India's extraordinary diversity of skin tones, beauty rituals, and aesthetic traditions, featuring 80 Indian women across age groups 18-60, skin types, and regional backgrounds. 45 Indian beauty creators were commissioned to produce authentic "haul and try" content across Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat, generating 620 million impressions in three months. The campaign specifically prioritised skin-tone inclusivity, showcasing the entire Fenty Beauty and NARS shade ranges alongside Indian beauty heritage brands. Store opening events in each city featured personalised makeover experiences with 240 Sephora-trained Beauty Advisors. The campaign drove 3.4 million app downloads and a 180% increase in online order volume.
